About Your Order

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all of our biomarker testing kits. After collecting your sample, you can mail your kit to our lab with the prepaid shipping label provided for you.

Receiving your testing kit

• Order processing and fulfillment: 1 business day
• Transit time: 1-3 business days

Sending back your sample

• Return transit time: 1-3 business days
• Test analysis: 2-4 business days

Once our lab completes your test analysis, your health report with your results and action plan can be found inside the Mohana application.

*Although we do our best to provide you with the most accurate transit times, these are estimates and can vary based on our courier.

Cancellations & Refunds

Mohana does not accept cancellations and cannot provide refunds once you have placed an order. In order to serve our customers the best, we guarantee all orders to be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Due to prompt fulfillment and shipping process, once your order is placed, our lab begins assembling your biomarker tests right away.
